sigh

plz-to-be-buying-me-this-plzzzzzthxbai. nom nom nom.

I so need a sugar daddy. :(

Lindsay, E's bday is at Lowertown Grille in Plymouth... should take about 1/2 hour to get there, I have directions and will drive. He'll be up there with his buddies from about 8-9 on. Will you go with me? I don't want to miss it but don't want to go all by my lonesome. We don't have to stay super long, like an hour or so? If Lindsay can't/doesn't want to, anyone else? Peggah? I could ask A and I'm sure he'd probably go... but MAN that would be awkward!! Anyway I'm getting worried that he doesn't like me, but I know I should shut the fuck up probably. I'm just really not used to this seeing-each-other/dating thing. I want him to ask me to go steady, dammit! Hahaha. I'm like a teenager in a fifties book. Maybe he will give me his letter jacket or his varsity pin! haha. Ugh.

O yeah and I've settled I think on Rushmore DVD and some beer stuff. Now the hard part: Criterion edition of Rushmore? Or regular cheapo one? Criterion is so much more awesome... but that leaves less dollars for beers. But if I wanted Rushmore for my bday (actually I do since I don't have it) I would want someone to get me the Criterion.

Mom's coming to "help" me with stalls today, which probably just means buckets and sweeping. That's all right with me though, that saves about 5 min each stall which equals app. an hour! I was thinking about riding today but I rode twice yesterday, Shonee and Jake (sorry Lindsay, bossman told me to). Shonee was good not great, and Jake was, well Jake. He wasn't terrible, actually pretty good initially, esp. at trot. He really likes to stop at the canter though, and I was on the buckle with him the whole time. Downhill canter + sudden stop = whoa! He seems to know voice commands pretty well (uhm, especially whoa! haha) I should at least hop on Sho today since I won't have a chance to ride again till Friday, but I dunno. Yeah I probably will. She's been shirty picking up her right lead canter lately.

this is kind of creepy (the sounds earth makes that can be heard from space)

I might get some alyssum to fill in the gaps on the sides and then it will truly be Molly colours!

I like this 'cause I still say goodnight to her when I'm outside with Frankie.
health insurance

Anyone buy their own? I just got a lovely letter from my healthcare provider saying that b/c I no longer work the minimum required hours to maintain my coverage, I now have the option to pay $400/month to keep my coverage (when I worked the min. I paid like.... $60 a month). Suffice to say that I make just about that right now at B&N per month. So I'm on the hunt for something/also have to talk to Christopher to see if he has any kind of small business employer/employee healthcare plan.

So far I'm on ehealthinsurance.com scoping out the different plans available. My main thing would be office visit/ER coverage and cheapish copays on meds, in case I get back on the BC anytime soon.

STUPID SHONEE STEPPED ON MY STUPID FOOT. God. It's okay though.

Chris talked to me today and said I should consistently be doing 2'3-2'6. And that he wants me doing 3' by the end of summer. Wtf boss. I JUST started jumping again after a ten year absence. If he wants me doing 3' he goddamn well better put me on Chagall or something that can DO it, jeez. I cringe to think of the spectacle that Shonee jumping 3' would be.

Also REALLY cute boy here at the cafe at Barnes & Noble Rochester. I have to say I LOVE this sort-of-having-a-boy thing. I can fantasize all the live long day about beautiful boys and then have dirty hot sex with A. I've still got some boys flirting with me on the okc too, since I don't know whether or not to change my status to 'seeing someone' or not. Woot. Lindsay - did you and Andy want to go to the WAB with me tomorrow night to ogle Grey?

narf narf narf. I had more to say but totally forgot. Getting old.
tryin to unwind after a frustrating ride

What is the closest main road to your house?
John R road/less than a block & 8 Mile/about 5 blocks

Could you go out in public looking like you do now?
I could but I wouldn't... I'm sweaty and horsey and dirty.

When you're home alone, do you dance around in your underwear?
oh hell yes!

Do you wear contacts or glasses?
glasses. I look weird face-naked.

Last person who got mad at you? Why?
Like honestly mad? I dunno probably my mom

Do you like your music loud or at a reasonable level?
Reasonable to loudish

Who was the last person to text you?
Sharon and Lindsay, almost simultaneously! that happens a lot :)

What annoys you the most?
o lots.

When do you prefer to take a shower, morning or night?
usually I just take one after barn chores, so mid-day.

Next vacation you're going on?
HAHAHAHHAHAHAH wtf is a "vacation"? Is it like a vaccination? A vocation?

Do you like scary movies?
Yes, to a point. I do like "scary" b horror movies too.

Would you rather stay home all day, or be out and about?
Mostly stay home all day and then go out and do errands at night, but unfortunately there are but a handful of stores/things open for me to do when I really want to do them :(

Last thing you purchased?
holy s, I got a whole ton of stuff at Target/Walmart last night. Home-organization and cleaning type stuff.

What school do you live close to?
There's a nursery school right down the street?

Plans for tonight?
cleaning! My house smells pretty right now, now I have to make it look pretty!

Do people ever spell your name wrong?
First name, no, last name for sure.

Where would you like to live?
Boston, MA; Honolulu, HI; Pittsburgh, PA; Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; London, Paris or Marseilles, somewhere in Poland; various and sundry other places

Last time you spent the night at some one's house? & Who's?
Wednesday.... at A's apartment.

When was the last time you were extremely disappointed?
Like really really truly disappointed? Probably last week.

What's your worst habit?
Swearing and/or being a bitch.

Is there anyone you regret ever meeting?
No, not really, even the bad ones learned me something :)

Would you rather have roommates or live alone?
Frankie is the worst roommate EVER. He never pays on time, won't contribute to the bills, chews my stuff, eats my food and all sorts of other roommate offenses! but he cuddles really nicely :)

How do you like your grilled cheese?
Grilled and cheesy.... with cold banana peppers on top :D

How many speeding tickets have you gotten?
3? 4? It's been awhile, thank god.

What is your favorite movie?
Breakfast at Tiffany's/Funny Girl/Big Lebowski/Superbad.

What is the last thing you said out loud?
"OK BYEEEE"

is ur room clean??
Is YOUR room clean? Not right now, no.

What do you think of winter?
I hate cold, but I like cuddling with boys :D

What do you do for relaxation?
bed, boys, candy, shopping.

When was the last time you swam?
roughly in the mesozoic era.

Do you keep your closets organized?
it's a work in progress.

How do you make headaches go away?
eat some food with aleve/sodium naproxen.

What do your shower curtains look like?
Silly Lindsay, it says SHOWER curtains! I hope you don't have a venetian blind in your shower :P Wouldn't keep the water out! Anyway, mine is ecru linen-like cloth with green and brown leaves on it. (and I have a plastic one behind it)

What is the next vehicle you are going to buy?
Uhm, probably the Rolls Royce Phantom. I wish. I'd like a hybrid or something, no specific make/model.

What would be the best gift someone could get you right now?
love! and a zillion dollars.

What is something stressful you will deal with next week?
Oh, it's early yet... I can't tell that yet!

Who did you last see?
Darcy is right across the room from me, but I last saw my mom.

How do you take your coffee?
in the form of lattes or frappuccinos with excessive amounts of artificial flavour (i.e. about as far away from coffee as possible)

Where do you go for Thanksgiving?
my Ohio family's abode.

What kind of alcoholic drinks are in your fridge?
I'm sure there's some juice in there that's fermented by now...

Blergh. I got the Molly flowers yesterday. They only had one Irish Molly left (the girl never called me when they were in so when I called finally yesterday they were almost out), so I got some Black Magic violas to go with it. Morbidish, but oh well. I'll be sad all over again to put her to rest.

woot

Still so so so excited that Big Brown could not deliver the goods yesterday. What a nice race. Wire to wire!! I'm stupid though, Lindsay was at the track and ten minutes to post I thought about calling her to ask if she'd place a $2 win bet on Da Tara for me, and I DIDN'T! I am the royal suck. Paid out at $79!!! Golden. Except not. Sigh. I love love love a longshot. I watched the race at home, kneeling on the ground in front of the tv, punching my thighs with tightened fists, screaming "GO GO GO GO GO YES YES YES THAT'S IT!!" I'm sure my neighbors now think I'm insane or have an infrequent but uproarious sex life.

Gah. I only have a fifteen minute break today and no lunch break (suck ass! how am I supposed to fuck my face with food in only fifteen minutes? I managed somewhat.... half a can of Boyardee Beefaroni, woot)

Have to stop by the dumper's house to pick up some earrings I left there, after work today.... then over to Sharon's to hang for a bit, then out to dinner with my mom and some of her crazy stitchin' friends.

I'll post a real live update probably later on!
p.s. I look skinny today? Well for me. Weird.
